Through the Safari Club International Foundation’s myriad humanitarian programs, SCI chapters and individual members demonstrate the highest levels of philanthropy by directly reaching out to people in need throughout the world. Join us and help make a difference! We invite you to be a part of the SCI Foundation Humanitarian Services team. We gladly accept donations for all of our programs.

Program Highlights

Through a myriad of SCI Chapter-driven humanitarian services programs SCI Foundation, SCI Chapters and individual SCI members demonstrate the highest levels of philanthropy by directly reaching out to people in need throughout the whole world.

SCI Foundation Humanitarian Services Pathfinder program recently received a $25,000 donation from an anonymous donor.   The donation makes it possible to fund Pathfinder Award winner hunts and provide grants to SCI Chapter pathfinder hunts.

Veterans Committee members visited Walter Reed Hospital May 6 to greet and thank wounded military personnel going through rehab.  Committee members distributed gifts.   Another group of committee members participated in the Laying of the Wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown in Arlington Cemetery.

Grants to SCI Chapters:  $7,200 has been awarded to chapters for humanitarian activities that assisted 700 people.

Chapters have reported collectively donating 22,200 lbs. of game meat this year for Sportsmen Against Hunger events.

The Pathfinder Committee awarded $54,688 to SCI Chapters in support of events held in their areas.  Collectively, they reports a total of 765 people participating in the events.
